There are two stages to body wraps — absorption and pressure. During the absorption stage, your body will be wrapped together with predetermined nourishing ingredients. As your body remains wrapped, your pores will be open and toxins will be flushed out. Prior to your body wrap, you’ll be given a set of instructions on what to do and what you should bring to your session.

Wrap sessions typically last about 75 minutes while you lie back comfortably under the infrared body wrap while it emits heat to break down fat, increase metabolism, and produce sweat that will flush out toxins. After your treatment, we’ll likely send you home with follow-up instructions on how to get the best results.

We suggest drinking a gallon or so of water after your appointment and avoiding such foods as salt, sugar, caffeine, and starches for several days after your body wrap. For best results, we typically suggest 6 – 12 wraps performed about a week apart. Many of our clients have lost upward of ten inches total! To maintain your new shape and tightened skin, we recommend follow-up wraps every 6 – 8 weeks or so.
