Our policies are list below:

• Services/Packages cannot be refunded
• No cash refunds are given for gift cards/gift certificates
• Gift cards/gift certificates are non-returnable

Returns and refunds are limited to the following:

• Store credit will be given for unused and in the original packaging products within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt
• Ageless Aesthetics may issue credit towards another service or product at their discretion

Scheduling and Cancellations

In order to provide quality service to all of our customers, we respectfully ask that you be on the time for your appointments. Should you be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for no shows and appointments that are not cancelled within 24-hour notice.
