What Are Infrared Body Wraps?
At Ageless Aesthetics, we offer infrared body wraps as an effective way to detox and lose inches. These wraps provide lasting results based on years of research and actual patient results. Over time, our bodies accumulate toxins in our fat, which changes our body shape and can lead to issues, such as poor circulation, water retention, cellulite, and much more. However, with the help of body wraps, you can get rid of some of these toxins while losing weight, creating tighter skin, reducing cellulite, and more. Board-certified aesthetic physician Dr. Anayo Umerah offers this treatment as a way to help your body function properly and so you can feel great. For more information on how body wraps can help you, contact Dr. Umerah at either of her locations in Warner Robins or Macon, GA.
Infrared Body Wraps Reviews
"Love this medical spa! This is my go-to for any skin treatments, Botox, fillers! Dr. Umerah is the most skilled injector in this whole area! She’s phenomenal. She knows exactly where and how much to inject to make you look like your best self, without the “frozen look”. I fully trust her judgment with my face. MUST TRY NEW PRODUCT JEUVEAU (#NEWTOX). It’s better than Botox, and brand new on the market! Kicks in within a day or two and gives a natural look! Go see Dr. Umerah and ask for NewTox instead of Botox! You will be so glad you did! I also get IPL’s, 1540’s, and facials here. My skin has never looked better! The IPL targets sun damage, rosacea, and red pigmentation. The 1540 goes deep and causes your body to produce more collagen in your skin, keeping you looking youthful. It also fully resurfaces skin. Dr. Umerah can talk you through what all she can do to achieve your desired “look”. Shout-out to Amy! Professional, attentive, beautiful lady working the front desk now. She always makes sure I get an apptmt when needed and that my needs are met! I enjoy seeing her every time I go or talking to her on the phone. 😊 CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! Or even join a free “lunch n learn” to hear more. Those are educational! They also have “BEAUTY CLUB”, where you can have $99 drafted each month out of your account to use for services. I let mine accumulate for a few months, then use my “credit” for services. Easy! And, you get MEGA discounts with Beauty Club! AHH! My mom just joined. Love u Dr. Umerah and Amy for keeping me fabulous! ❤️"- C.B. / Google / May 04, 2020
What Can I Expect from My Body Wrap Treatment?
There are two stages to body wraps — absorption and pressure. During the absorption stage, your body will be wrapped together with predetermined nourishing ingredients. As your body remains wrapped, your pores will be open and toxins will be flushed out. Prior to your body wrap, you'll be given a set of instructions on what to do and what you should bring to your session. Wrap sessions typically last about 75 minutes while you lie back comfortably under the infrared body wrap while it emits heat to break down fat, increase metabolism, and produce sweat that will flush out toxins. After your treatment, we'll likely send you home with follow-up instructions on how to get the best results. We suggest drinking a gallon or so of water after your appointment and avoiding such foods as salt, sugar, caffeine, and starches for several days after your body wrap. For best results, we typically suggest 6 – 12 wraps performed about a week apart. Many of our clients have lost upward of ten inches total! To maintain your new shape and tightened skin, we recommend follow-up wraps every 6 – 8 weeks or so.
